Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
At Keval for You, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
Returns and Refunds:
- Eligibility for Return/Refund: A return or refund is applicable only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
- Initiating a Return/Refund: To initiate a return or refund, you can contact us via a phone call or WhatsApp communication on our mobile number: 9987003339.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process your return or refund request, it is mandatory to provide an unboxing video of the package. This video serves as crucial evidence to verify that the product was indeed received in a damaged state.
- Sharing Evidence: Along with the unboxing video, you are also required to share photographs of the damaged piece. Both the unboxing video and the photographs must be sent to our designated email address: jayshree.kevalforyou@gmail.com.
- Refund Processing: Please note that the refund process will be initiated only upon our receipt of the damaged product.
- Return Pickup: We understand the inconvenience of damaged goods, and therefore, the return pickup will be arranged by the Keval for You Team. Our designated courier partner will arrive at the return pickup address provided by you to collect the parcel within 12 to 24 hours of your return/refund initiation.
- Delayed Pickup Complaint: In the event that the return pickup does not occur within the stipulated timeframe of 12 to 24 hours, please feel free to raise a complaint by chatting with us on WhatsApp at 9987003339. We will promptly address your concern.
Cancellations:
Our policy currently focuses on returns and refunds for damaged products received. For information regarding order cancellations, please reach out to us directly via call or WhatsApp at 9987003339 as soon as possible after placing your order. Cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the order processing stage.
