We partner with reputable courier services to ensure reliable delivery of your orders. The specific courier partner for your shipment will be determined based on factors such as your location and the size/weight of your order.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently offer shipping within India only. Please ensure that your shipping address is within our serviceable area.

Processing Time:

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we typically take 8 to 14 days to process your order. This includes order verification, product preparation, and packaging. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Time:

The estimated shipping time depends on your location and the chosen courier service. Generally, you can expect your order to be delivered within 3-5 business days within Maharashtra, 5-7 business days for other locations within India after your order has been shipped. Please note that these are estimated timelines and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or unforeseen circumstances.  

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs may vary depending on factors such as the weight and dimensions of your order, the destination, and the chosen shipping method (if applicable). The applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at the checkout before you finalize your purchase. We may also offer free shipping on case to case basis.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to the courier partner's website via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and get real-time updates on its estimated delivery date.  

Delivery Attempts:

Our courier partners typically make 2 attempts to deliver your order at the provided shipping address. If you are unavailable during these attempts, the courier may leave a notification card with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery or pick up your order from their local facility. It is your responsibility to coordinate with the courier to ensure successful delivery.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information, including your full name, complete address with pin code, and contact number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery of orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
